Так и есть, но только когда время ещё не пришло, а потом становится
всё наоборот.
Вот тот же пример с дискетами, они сейчас стоят дороже чем CD-R.
Так что пока цена на DVD-R >0.5$ за штуку, время DVD ещё не пришло.
