С пасибо, Алексей, но ничего не получилось. Проделал все по рекомендациям, но все по-прежнему.
TV- тьюнер работает, а устройства /dev/radio как не было, так и нет. Попробую, наверное
переустановить ОС без подключенной веб-камеры. Они в системе как-то странно конфликтуют.
Я уже писал, что если загружать ОС с включенной камерой, то ни одна программа TV-тьюнера
вообще не работает (нет /dev/video). Если загрузка без камеры, то TV-тьюнер работает и
будет работать после подключения камеры. Камера при этом работает везде, кроме skype.
