Мне тоже не очень понятно в чем дело, но выход я нашел, скопировав в .config/menus содержимое папки applications-merged и applications-menueditor от пользователя, у которого еще в старой системе с wine
все было нормально. Ясно было, что дело в /home, но не понятно почему дефект воспроизводится, когда
создаешь нового пользователя в новой системе. С уважением,Ищенко Геннадий
