Похоже броузер не виноват. С другими то же самое, то есть многие сайты
"запускаются" со второго-третьего раза и с konqueror. Например, pogoda.mail.ru
или одноклассники. Хотя с mail.ru соединение всегда с первого раза. На другом
ПК с Windows на этом же канале связи (переключаю модем с компа на комп) все
нормально. Так что провайдера дергать явно не стоит. Или железо глючит или
