При запуске xsane от root получаю:
[root@genry ~]# xsane
[snapscan] Cannot open firmware file /usr/share/sane/snapscan/your-firmwarefile.bin.
[snapscan] Edit the firmware file entry in snapscan.conf.
То есть тип firmware для Acer 3300 не выдается. В драйвере MiraScan v4.03u10_BQA
имеет место быть папка bin с 9 бинарными файлами типа u174v041.bin размером 30 кб.
Из файлов Model.ini ясно для какой модели какой файл. Может это и есть искомый
firmware? В драйвере есть еще один бинарник - layout.bin объемом 435 б.
