Кто-нибуть знает, почему в ALT Linux 3.0.4
время от времени самопроизвольно меняется
значение часов? На четырех ПК прм разных
настройках (ставил время местное, по Москве,
убирал системное).

Покажите содержимое /etc/sysconfig/clock?
