Ничего доустанавливать не нужно.
Сетевая карта работает?
Втыкиваете провод utp-5 в нее, а другим концом в модем.
все включаете.
в браузере заходим 192,168,1,1 (уточнить в документации к модему)
настраиваем DHCP DNS-Proxy и все остальное что модем поддерживает.
