на #service lisa start
ответ: starting lan browser fo KDEservice: [DONE]

Это означает, что демон lisa будет запускаться на 3, 4 и 5-ом уровнях
выполнения ОС.

Это означает, что вы запустили демон lisa. Всё демон работает. Запущен демон
или нет можно проверить service lisa status.
