Уважаемые рядовые пользователи и сторонники ALT-a.
Грешен, пользуюсь платной технической поддержкой и справедливости ради могу сказать,
что получал хорошую помощь и даже не всегда строго в рамках обязательного объема. За
что спасибо.
Но сменился куратор и дела пошли совсем плохо. Стоило мне ему же высказать замечания
по срокам и качеству технической поддержки, как меня просто удалили с OTRS. У меня
исчез серийный номер и возможность получения еще 4 месяца оплаченной услуги. Исчезла
вся моя переписка с этого сайта. В том числе и критика в его адрес.
А обязательный ответ, на заданный вопрос я так и не получил.
У кого какой опыт получения платной услуги и кто как решал возникшие проблемы?
