Позвольте для себя как бы подвести итог, а вы поправьте если чего.
1. Раздавать IP нужно всё же через статический DHCP.
2. Поднять Самбу с поддержкой PDC.
3. Открывать доступ к остальным ресурсам с помощью ipchains, во время
регистрации на контроллере домена.
4. А когда его (доступ) закрывать тогда нужно? Самба проверяет активен юзер
или нет, и выполнит ли она скриптик при неактивности юзера ?
