Если в конфиге для правила стоит балл 0, это правило не используется. Возможно, байес выдает как раз такие значения.

В параметре score можно указать либо одну цифру (она будет использоваться всегда), либо четыре - соответственно локальная оценка, оценка при включенных сетевых проверках, оценка при включенном байесе и оценка при включенных байесе и сетевых проверках.. Вроде так...
