всем привет!
Люди помогите пожалуйста новичку настроить postfix,
чтобы пользователи в локальной сети под ХР
могли заберать и отправлять свою почту

Если вкратце, поставьте pop/imap сервер, заведите юзеров, почта худо-бедно
внутри офиса будет ходить.
А если более полно - читайте документацию, идущую в комплекте. Она все
описывает.
Или в сети поищите.
