а, например, rpm от vmware, будет работать ?
и как быть если нечто существует только в виде rpm ?
в чём основное отличие от redhat ? в расположении conf файлов и библиотек ?
sorry за то, что много вопросов, просто хочется понять где могут оказаться грабли...
