СВТ-средства вычислительной техники
5ый класс - это по классификации защищенности
СВТ от несанкционированного доступа.
Всего их 7, 7ой самый низкий.
А требований там куча - аутентификация,
релизация дескреционного/мандатного доступа,
целостность, очистка памяти и т.п.
на их сайте посмотрите
документ "Концепция защиты СВТ от НСД".
