Реально, у меня такая же ситуация. Похоже перед НГ полно обращений: всякие письма, открыточки там и прочее. Наверное они все прикрыли пока, оставив только веб-интерфейс, чтоб систему им не повалали.
Думаю, разумно пока сделать форвард с mail.ru на другой ящик. (для чтения)
