я неправильно выразился :-)
не то что удобнее, а прикольнее, красивее, etc.
я его юзал на athlon 900 / 256 mb, там и гном и кде и вмейкер летают :-)
на гном2/метасити с темой xfce-basic+Mist прикололся недавно, а до того был фанатом wm c темой unixos. и сейчас не имею ничего против. наверное, это под текущее настроение.
