Так очень просто. Это клиент - сервеное приложение. Здесь лежат исходники для серверной части.
http://www.videolan.org/streaming/download-vls-sources.html
Вот из них надо сделать rpm для Master2.2.
Так понятнее?

Безусловно, сделать RPM-пакет из исходников это одно, а RPM-пакет из сайта -
совсем другое :)
