Нну... у меня то же самое на Ю2.0 -> 2.1. Причем ему, по ходу, плевать на /etc/sysconfig/clock: что utc=false, что utc=true -- все равно часы вперед убегают. У меня только на 4 часа. Я одного не понимаю: все работало нормально до какого-то момента, но стоило мне один раз установить часы в KDE, как пошла вот такая пьянка. Черт возьми, неужели нельзя хоть часы сделать нормально, чтобы не запариваться чтением манов (которые, кстати, меня не просветили в результате)?!
Народ, если кто знает волшебную команду, поделитесь :(
