Я собрал исходник с
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/dia/0.91/
с Вашим спеком от dia-0.91.alt2.
Все собралось, только не были скопированы
дополнительные шейпы.
После копирования файлов руками из....RPM/BUILD/dia... в /usr/share/dia... - новые картинки появились :)
