Начнем сначала. Swat стартует, если запущен xinetd. Последний при загрузке выдает:

Не совсем понятно, почему идет запуск /usr/bin/kotalkd, если

!! ktalk: off
cups-lpd: off

а файла /usr/bin/kotalkd - нет.
И почему такая реакция на swat.
