Я из Питера. Доставка по почте. Пока надеюсь :-).
Вы о каком деле ? Если о магазине-софте который они делают, то бесспорно. А
если о магазине как таковом, то клиент может всё простить и не развитую систему
доставки, и неудобный интерфейс ( это я абстрактно ), и т.п. Но он никогда не
смирится с невниманием к себе. Он понесёт деньги в другое место. А это не
зависит ни от каких дизайнов. Уж хотя бы робота "ждите ответа" можно было
настроить.
