Hi!
Возникли странности после перехода под нового dial-up провайдера.
Началось все с того, что в саппорте громогласно объявили, что SMTP у них нет
(спама боятся). После некоторой беседы выяснилось, что он есть, но только
для "местных" ящиков и чужие письма (с неправильным From) не выпустит.
"Ладно, фиг с тобой золотая рыбка" - сказал я и пошел настраивать
SMTP-авторизацию в Сильфиде для корпоративного SMTP. Фиг! Начинаю выяснять в
чем дело.
Пытаюсь подрубиться к нему через telnet командой
telnet smtp.tool.ru 25
Далее пишется "Trying XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX..." и далее - никакой реакции. Что
самое странное, так чуть раньше это работало! Утром (машина не
перегружалась) связь восстановилась. Причем, когда связи не было я
проделывал такой трюк: заходил на два разных (физически) хоста и пытался
подключиться к smtp.tool.ru аналогичным способом - работало! Администраторы
нашего хостера уверяют в том, что никаких рестрикшенов на коннекты не
установлено.
Собственно, вопрос: что это было?
