Не волнуйтесь, при разрыве связи ничего порушиться не может.
apt-get сначала скачивает пакеты в свой кэш в
/var/cache/apt/archives/ и устанавливает их только когда
докачает все нужное. После разрыва связи закачку можно
продолжить (частично скачанные пакеты хранятся в
/var/cache/apt/archives/partial/).
