Ясное дело, ведь user, ro и exec неспецифичные для супермаунта опции, которые следует передавать через ,--,:
/mnt/cdrom /mnt/cdrom supermount dev=/dev/cdrom,fs=iso9660,--,ro,user,exec 0 0
