Если вдруг у вас седьмая платформа и стоит libfreetype-infinality, то
там хардкодился DPI в /etc/X11/profile.d/xft-settings.sh. Если нет, то
можно попробовать самому сделать наподобие, создав скрипт в
/etc/X11/profile.d, который будет выставлять нужный DPI. Хотя, может,
подскажут менее костыльное решение.
