Ну так и сделайте макрос для OOo на его Звездатом Васике, который
будет открывать все xls-файлы по очереди из одного каталога и
складывать в другой, но уже без пароля. Заодно и нужные операции можно
провести. Правда все это будет весьма небыстро, но всяко проще, чем
вручную :)
