Ээххх... Ведь говорено-переговорено уже..
dist-upgrade не обозначает сменить дистрибутив на новый. Оно
обозначает выполнить полное обновление на текущей пакетной базе. С
учетом изменений в наименованиях и разбивке пакетов.
upgrade обозначает выполнить обновление насколько это будет возможно
без изменений в пакетной базе. В этом случае ответственные за пакеты
должны быть идеальными. И предусмотреть все коллизии могущие появиться
в случае такого частичного обновления.
