Здравствуйте!
Прошу прощения за повтор --- кодировку забыл правильную проставить.
Вопрос к пользователям лаптопов: надо купить PCMCIA сетевую карточку,
понятно, что стамегабитную, есть два (пока) варианта SMC 8040TX и 3com
3cxsh572bt. В принципе, в списках поддерживаемых есть обе (SMC, правда
почему-то в разделе 10 Мбит), есть ли у кого-то опыт использования
какой-либо из них под Линуксом? Любые советы по теме принимаются с
благодарностью.
Кстати, вопрос более отвлеченный: чем отличаются 16-битные и 32-битные
с точки зрения железа? Это сокет должен иметь соответствующую
разрядность или что-то другое?
