раб стол, dolphin или konqueror: правой мышью-> создать -> (что создаёте). Де
факто (кроме случая создания документов), будет создан desktop файл. Если
создаётся ссылка "на приложение", будут корректно заполнены все нужные поля.
ЗЫ: KDE4, конечно-же.
