Для одиночного пакета, не тянущего за собой ворох зависимостей, без
разницы как его ставить, через apt-get install или напрямую через rpm
-ivh, последний даже быстрее будет.
В остальных случаях установка через apt-get install предпочтительнее в
виду автоматического разруливания зависимостей.
