Привет!
Никто из присутствующих мейнтейнеров-химиков не хочет взять на себя
труд по сборке в Сизиф и бранч вот такого интересного проекта: Gnome
Chemistry Utils?

Там по мимо него надо будет обновить openbabel и собрать дополнительно
следующее:
BODR (the Blue Obelisk Data Repository) version 5 or later.
(http://bodr.sourceforge.net).
The Chemical Mime Data version 0.1.94 or later
(http://chemical-mime.sourceforge.net).
