Поставится, если ещё не был установлен и если не тянет за собой
зависимостей. Естественно, что выполнять эту команду надо в каталоге,
в котором лежит данный rpm.
Если же тянутся зависимости, то можно воспользоваться apt-get:
apt-get install qiv-2.0-alt2.i686.rpm
тоже в каталоге с этим rpm.
