Да пожалуйста. Я вообще, когда его писал, подсматривал в спек для
cm-super, делал по аналогии.

Я больше ничего дополнительно не опакечивал. При необходимости просто
клан недостающий стилевой файл рядом с исходником того, что
пропускается через latex. Есть в этом варианте некоторое неудобство,
но с другой стороны он очень прост в исполнении.
По поводу tetex. Вроде бы кто-то пытался опакетить tetex-3.0. Даже
какие-то пакеты лежали в дедалусе. Но похоже, что всё это
стопорнулось.
Да и на сколько я понял, tetex больше не будет развиваться. Вроде него
теперь сообщество TeX рекомендует использовать TeXLive, который
выпускается на DVD.
