У меня настроено локальное время

ntpd остановлен
[root@altus ~]# chkconfig --list ntpd
ntpd 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:off 6:off
Компьютер ночью был включён, системное время перевелось само
[root@altus ~]# hwclock
Mon Mar 30 10:09:44 2009 -0.258429 seconds YEKST
[root@altus ~]# date
Mon Mar 30 11:09:55 YEKST 2009
Сейчас осталось в биосе подправить...
