Дело в том, что 3Д в 4.х.х еще не в полной мере
реализовано. О чем инсталятор Вас наверное предупреждал.
Это раз.
Во вторых - 4.0.1 не совсем "удачная реализация", если так
можно выразиться. В какой-то мере сыроват. В MDK-Re посему и не
был влючен.
Неплохо было бы на 4.0.3 перелезть. Уже в 4.0.2
была интегрирована Messa (читай OpenGL). Но
поддержка на уровне драйверов - нужно смотреть
в доках.
Из всего сказанного вывод какой - хорошая поддержка 3Д
пока в 3.3.6.
