Потому что systemd обновился и отказался работать с какой-то
библиотекой, которая ещё не обновилась.
И искать выход из замкнутого круга systemd-lib-apt-dbus в условиях
ограниченного времени не было возможности и желания.
Начиная с k7 все обновления кончаются по-разным причинам так.
В отличие от серверов - там обычно всё хорошо.
