В acc отключил использование NM. В etcnet поменял в файле
/etc/net/options.d/ 50-ALTLinux-desktop
DHCP_TIMEOUT=3600
перезапустил network.
[root@zemik-laptop options.d]# ps ax | grep dhc
2315 ? Ss 0:00 /sbin/dhcpcd -m 1 -h zemik-laptop -d -t 3600 wlan0
Но. Он всё равно берёт его на 30 секунд.
Нашёл файлик /var/lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-wlan0.info
IPADDR='192.168.0.100'
NETMASK='255.255.255.0'
BROADCAST='192.168.0.255'
ROUTES='0.0.0.0,0.0.0.0,192.168.0.1'
