Я списался со знакомым американцем - профессором. Он говорит, что DMCA
не пройдет, потому что он антиконституционен и существует огромная
масса людей, которая против. А В америке это значит, что они могут
подать в суд на правительство за принятие этого закона. Так что не все
так просто...
