Помогите забороть лжиху чтоб 1152x864@100 показывала, а то больше
75 не хочет, хотя 1280x1024@85 вполне нормально получается.

xvidtune в руки и вперед эксперементировать.
У меня дома тоже F700P - я из него 1024х768 115 Hz выжал без проблем.
Из 1152х864 IMHO 100 получица выжать без напряжения...
