Проблема с политикой (а это - политика) в Сизифе в том, что это никому
из тех, кто может, не нужно, а те, кто хотят - не имеют достаточного
авторитета среди остальных разработчиков :(
С дистрибутивами история схожая, но там, несмотря на то, что менеджмент
ООО de jure имеет возможность дикататуры, de facto RM сильно перегружены
и присутствие идеолога будут терпеть очень недолго.
В community-driven дистрибутивах ситуация, кажется, может быть лучше:
скажем, в том же SuperLite (кстати, куда он пропал?) есть release
manager и есть "главный идеолог".
Впрочем, проблему вы подняли правильно, она известная, и её нужно
потихоньку решать. Но решать не назначением, а подталкиванием отношений
в коммунити в нужную сторону.
