Простенький, рабочий скрипт бэкапа всего сервака, за исключением
каких-либо указанных папочек, может кто-нибудь кинуть?
Ну очень надо! Система AltLinux Master 2.4

tar cvf mybackup.tar / -X excludes.list ...
(Не забудьте включить mybackup.tar в excludes.list Ж)
Или (лучше)
tar cvf mybackup.tar -T includes.list ...
Все остальные опции -- по вкусу...
:-)
Проще у меня нету.
