Скорее всего оффтопик. Прошу прощения.
Мне необходимо подобрать SATA PCI-X RAID контроллер для установки в 1U
сервак и сетапом AltLinux Compact 3 (DVD). Требования от него
минимальные - RAID 1 на двух SATA винтах. Изначально на сервере стоял
Adaptec 1420SA - его альты не видят и, как выяснилось из предыдущего
обсуждения, ставить его вообще не стоит.
В магазине (рядом со мной) рекомендуют купить Promise FastTrak SX4300

но если он не подойдёт его отказываются забрать обратно :((. Так что
уповаю на Ваши советы и рекомендации, уважаемый ALL!
