Ман есть в хелпе, искать "runas".
Пользоваться так: создаешь в меню, на столе или на панели ссылку вида
C:\WINNT\system32\runas.exe /user:administrator "C:\Program Files\Far\Far.exe"
а то и
C:\WINNT\system32\runas.exe /user:administrator "C:\cygwin\cygwin.bat"
еще полезно
C:\WINNT\system32\runas.exe /user:administrator "C:\WINNT\system32\control.exe"
и получаешь бензопилу, под админом можно больше не заходить никогда
(кроме как fixmbr после неудачной установки LILO :) ).
Еще полезно покрасить соответствующие экраны (консольных программ) в
красный цвет, чтоб не забываться.
