Да нет. Почему же можно. Если мне надо посмотреть логи телнетом, делаю
так: захожу на сервак, командой tty смотрю на какой я консоли (обычно
это pts/0), лезу в /etc/syslog.conf и там дописываю в конце: *.*
/dev/pts/0 . А потом service syslog restart. Немного варварский,
наверное спосою, но меня устраивает.
