Сделал.

# rpm -qa|grep sane
xsane-0.997-alt1
xsane-doc-0.997-alt1
sane-1.0.19-alt2
sane-frontends-1.0.14-alt3
libsane-1.0.19-alt2
xsane-gimp2-0.997-alt1

В /etc/apt/apt.conf.d положены файлы:

[root@localhost apt.conf.d]# cat sane.conf
RPM::Ignore:: "sane";
[root@localhost apt.conf.d]# cat libsane.conf
RPM::Ignore:: "libsane";

Чтобы не пробовал обновить.

[root@localhost apt.conf.d]# apt-get dist-upgrade
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
