Есть на cpan до дури разнообразных отладчиков, сам пробовал нечто на
Tcl/Tk - в общем, удобно. Правда, это не интегрированная среда, но
имхо без нее можно и обойтись.
А Komodo - лишь прообраз IDE, отнюдь еще не рабочий проект.
Пользоваться им, по-моему, невозможно.
