Сразу видно человека, не использовавшего Ворда. Не гоните пургу.
Это вам не Linux ;)
Ctrl+Shift в вынде для переключения срабатывают только если они
обе были нажаты и после этого одна была _отжата_. То есть, если
после нажатия Ctrl и Shift (без их отжатия) была нажата еще одна
клавиша, то сработает именно комбинация Ctrl+Shift+клавиша, т.к.
отжатия Shift или Ctrl не было. Дык?
Вы еще скажите, что одиночный Ctrl нельзя использовать для
переключения раскладки, потому что есть комбинации Ctrl+C,
Ctrl+D, Ctrl+V, ....
К сожалению, линуховые keymap'ы не позволяют задавать реакцию по
отжатию клавиши, поэтому фактически правый Ctrl теряет свою
функцию образования комбинаций Ctrl+буква. По вашей логике, это
должно означать то, что сказано абзацем выше.
/me использует для переключения раскладки в вынде Ctrl+Shift и в
линухе правый Ctrl, а также в Бате юзает комбинации
Ctrl+Shift+A, Ctrl+Shift+L, Ctrl+Shift+K
Еще у /me вызывают слабые улыбки потуги "чистых" линухоидов
порассуждать об вындоусном интерфейсе.
