Когда в KGet написал нужный URL вручнцю, у меня тоже закачка пошла,
а вот в Konqueror написал адрес ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/, чтобы
потом спуститься до нужной папки - хрен вам - написал, что
устанавливается соединение и стоит дальше не шевелится (по другим
страничкам интернета летает как голубок).
