Не только у тебя, я юзаю micq, т.к. не юзаю иксы. Тама токой же
прикол, как и у тебя... Есть подозрение, что это на их серваке глюки,
либо они таким способом призывают использовать icq for MD.

И такое тоже бывает, но в основном под вечер
поэтому приходиться пользоваться серверами :
icq.mirabilis.com:4000
icq1.mirabilis.com:4000
icq2.mirabilis.com:4000
через последний работает стабильней, но micq мессаги все равно не
доставляет
