int gettimeofday(struct timeval *tv, struct timezone *tz);
man gettimeofday
Только время этот вызов дает не с сотыми, а с миллионными секунды :-)

Непонятно, что именно вам нужно: сист. вызов или команда, статистика для
выполняющегося сейчас процесса или для только что выполнившегося и т. д.
